Marinworks

For this house in Mill Valley, CA, our team did a full renovation of this 1960's family home.  We renovated the decks, railings, windows, hardwood floors, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and skim coated all the walls for a classic "plaster" look.   The unusual framing, (vertical, splined 2x8) presented problems with insulation, plumbing and electrical systems. They were solved with rigid insulation and horizontal furring strips creating essentially new interior walls throughout. We also installed all new windows for exterior San Francisco Bay views.
